'They'

Throughout this wiki, this term is used as shorthand to refer to agents of all kinds, who are participating (knowingly or unknowingly) in the furthering of top-down agendas on some kind of managerial level. There is obviously a spectrum in terms of the level of involvement and participation in agendas - from the toilet cleaner at the pharmaceutical company up through to the CEO (and beyond) but generally speaking, the more active the individual in furthering these schemes, the more they fit into the category of 'them' as opposed to a mere useful idiot.

This is not to say that these individuals understand fully what they are participating in, or why, but just that they are aware on some level that they are pushing something. Of course, they may believe that there are good reasons for them to be doing so, or that the end justifies the means, and so on, but the distinction being made is that 'they' are part of the mechanism which is moving the needle (so to speak) on larger population groups.

For example, a consultant at a think tank coming up with a clever way to sell the public on taking a monkey pox vaccine (whether the person believes in the product or not) is different to a local doctor who is taking their pharmaceutical rep at face value and receiving 50 bucks a pop for injecting their local population. The consultant may likewise be deluded into thinking they are somehow participating in a 'good thing' (and just coincidentally getting paid a lot of money to do it) but they are one step up the hierarchy and thus further along the spectrum.

Of course, through a combination of ideology and incentives of various kids, these individuals are induced to each serve a function as a cog in the broader system which has been engineered from above to achieve certain goals, while appearing (at the surface level) to be organic in nature.
