'They'

Throughout this wiki, this term is used as shorthand to refer to agents of all kinds, who are participating (knowingly or unknowingly) in the furthering of top-down agendas.

Through a combination of ideology and incentives of various kids, these individuals are induced to each serve a function as a cog in the broader system which has been engineered from above to achieve certain goals, while appearing (at the surface level) to be organic in nature.
